?How long does installation take?
Most sites are done in about 5 minutes. You paste one script tag into the site's head. There are guides for WordPress (with a plugin), Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Google Tag Manager, Next.js / React and plain HTML. Your domain verifies itself on the first visit and you'll see the visit in Realtime within seconds.
?Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts on a free trial with the core features switched on. You don't need a card to sign up.
?How do payments work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly by invoice. Indian businesses get a GST invoice and can pay by bank transfer or UPI. Upgrades are charged pro rata, and you can downgrade or stop the renewal from the Billing page.
?Is my data secure?
Every account gets two-factor login, roles with per-site access, encrypted contact details and secrets, rate limits, strict separation between workspaces and an audit log. We don't store raw IP addresses.
