Plans and billing questions
?Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts on a free trial with the core features switched on. You don't need a card to sign up.
?How do payments work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly by invoice. Indian businesses get a GST invoice and can pay by bank transfer or UPI. Upgrades are charged pro rata, and you can downgrade or stop the renewal from the Billing page.
?What happens if I go over my monthly events?
Tracking keeps running and no data is dropped. We'll let you know as you get close to the limit, and you can move up a plan from Billing when it suits you.
?Do you offer an enterprise or self-hosted plan?
Yes. On Enterprise you can use your own MongoDB database or run Customer360 on your own servers with a signed licence key. Use the contact page to tell us about your setup.
