Find every cookie and third-party tag on your site, and fix anything that loads before consent.

At the bottom of Setup → Consent banner click Scan now. Customer360 visits up to 10 pages of your site and lists cookies, local storage and third-party services (Google, Meta, Hotjar, chat widgets…). Real visitors' browsers also report cookie names once a week: never values or personal data.
- Known items (around 150 common vendors) are categorised automatically.
- Unknown items show Needs review: pick the right category from the list.
- Items marked Before consent were seen for visitors who had not agreed to that category. Fix these first.
Tip: Categorised vendors are listed inside the banner's "Customize" panel so visitors know who uses their data.
