See where your visitors come from (Locations)
Countries, states/regions and cities: click to drill down from a country to its states and cities.
Open Reports → Locations. You start with countries. Click a country to see its states or regions, then click a state to see its cities. Each level shows users, sessions, engagement rate, conversions and revenue. The breadcrumb at the top takes you back.
The Visitor profile (Intelligence → Visitors) also shows each visitor's city, state and country.
Where location data comes from
Customer360 never asks the visitor for their location. It uses the approximate location your hosting edge network already provides for every request:
- Cloudflare: turn on Rules → Managed Transforms → "Add visitor location headers" (country is always sent; state and city need this setting).
- Vercel: sent automatically.
- Your own server / nginx: set the headers
x-geo-country,x-geo-region-codeandx-geo-city(for example with the GeoIP2 module).
Tip: If most visitors show as "Unknown", the report shows a notice with these same steps. State names are standardised (e.g. code MH always shows as Maharashtra), whichever provider you use.
