Usage and plan limits
What happens when you reach your monthly events, sites or seats.

- Events per month: page views, custom events and conversions across all sites. The meter on the Billing page resets on the 1st of each month.
- Sites, domains per site and seats (members plus pending invites): adding more than your plan allows is blocked with a clear message.
- History: how many months of raw events are kept.
Going over the monthly events
Tracking never stops because of volume and no data is lost. Admins are emailed at 80%, 100% and 120% of the monthly events, and the Billing page shows a warning. If you are regularly over, request a bigger plan.
Good to know: Tracking does pause if the licence itself expires or is suspended. Dashboards stay readable, so you can still see your history.
