Short links and QR codes

Branded short links with UTM tags, click analytics, bot filtering and QR codes.

2 min read

Create a short link for any destination. Customer360 adds UTM tags, counts clicks (bots are filtered), shows countries, devices and referrers, and links the visit to the session so leads and conversions from that link are attributed to it.

Tip: Download the QR code for print, packaging or events. You can also set an expiry date, a click limit, and different destinations for iPhone and Android.

Use your own domain

  1. 1On the Short links page click Domains and add a hostname you own, such as go.yourbrand.com (a subdomain works best).
  2. 2At your DNS provider add the two records shown: a CNAME pointing the hostname to Customer360, and a TXT record that proves you own it.
  3. 3Click Verify. DNS changes can take up to an hour. HTTPS is set up automatically on the first visit.
  4. 4When you create a link, pick the domain. Links then look like go.yourbrand.com/diwali.
  • Up to 5 domains per organization, shared by all its sites.
  • A domain can't be removed while links use it; delete those links first.
  • The default …/l/… address keeps working for existing links.
