Plans, invoices and payments

Open Workspace → Billing. It shows your current plan, this month's usage, the plans you can move to and all your invoices. There is no card payment: Customer360 (by Eleserv Softech Pvt Ltd) sends you an invoice and you pay it by bank transfer or UPI.

1. 1Pick the currency (INR or USD) and monthly or yearly billing, then click Choose (or Change to) on a plan. You see the price: and any credit: before confirming with your 2FA code.
2. 2A tax invoice is created and emailed straight away. It also appears under Invoices, where you can print it or save it as PDF. Changed your mind? Cancel it while it's unpaid.
3. 3Pay using the bank / UPI details on the invoice and quote the invoice number.
4. 4As soon as the payment is recorded, your new plan and limits apply.

Upgrades, downgrades and renewals

• Upgrade (a plan that costs more per month): starts from the day it's paid. The unused days of your current paid period are credited on the invoice.
• Downgrade or a change of billing period: takes effect at your next renewal, so your limits never drop in the middle of a paid period. Click Keep current plan to undo it.
• Renewal is automatic: the invoice for the next period is emailed 7 days before the current one ends. Paying early is fine: a new plan still starts on the renewal date.
• Cancel renewal to let the plan end on its end date (any unpaid renewal invoice is cancelled). You can turn it back on any time before then.

Tax

• Indian businesses in the same state as Eleserv pay CGST + SGST; other states pay IGST: 18% in total.
• Customers outside India are billed without GST (export of services).
• Add your GSTIN and full address under Workspace → Organization before requesting a plan so they print on the invoice.

You'll get reminders 3 days before an invoice is due, on the due date and when it is overdue. Trials and paid periods also get a reminder 7 days and 1 day before they end.
