Build a funnel
See step by step where people drop off: up to 10 steps, open or closed, with segment breakdowns.

- 1Open Intelligence → Funnels and click New funnel.
- 2Add steps. A step is a page view (URL is / starts with / contains) or an event (conversion, form submit, click, custom event…).
- 3Choose Closed (people must start at step 1) or Open (they can enter at any step).
- 4Choose Sessions (all steps in one visit) or Visitors (across visits in the date range).
- 5Click Run, then Save funnel to keep it.
Each step shows how many people reached it, the drop-off from the previous step and the median time between steps. The segment table shows completion by channel, device, country, source or campaign.
Tip: Example: Home → /pricing → Form submit → Conversion shows exactly where a lead journey breaks.
