Install the tracking script
Copy one line into your website: WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, Google Tag Manager or plain HTML.

Open Setup → Install & domains. You will see your personal snippet. It looks like this:
<script async src="https://…/ex.js" data-site="EX-XXXXXXXXXX"></script>
Where to paste it
- Plain HTML: just before
</head>on every page. - WordPress: download the Customer360 plugin from the WordPress tab (your site key is already filled in), then Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. It can skip administrators and sends WooCommerce purchases as conversions.
- Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit code →
theme.liquid, before</head>. - Next.js: use the
<Script … strategy="afterInteractive" />code shown on the install page. - Google Tag Manager: a Custom HTML tag that fires on All Pages.
Check it works
- 1Open your website in a new tab.
- 2Come back to Customer360: the install page turns green ("Tag detected") within a few seconds.
- 3Open Reports → Realtime to see yourself as an active user.
Good to know: Data is only accepted from domains you added to the site. If your site uses www. and non-www. addresses, add both (or turn on "include subdomains").
Tip: Use Customer360 like an app: in Chrome or Edge choose Install app from the address bar, or on a phone Add to Home Screen. It opens straight into your dashboard.
