Intelligence → Visitors & hot leads lists visitors with their lead score and tier. Actions such as pricing-page views, long engagement, form submissions and contact clicks add points.
- Cold: below 10 points.
- Warm: 10+ points.
- Hot: 30+ points.
- Very hot: 60+ points.
Open a visitor to see their Person 360: every session, pages, campaigns (first and last touch), location, device, leads and consent history. Contact details (email / phone) are hidden unless your role allows seeing personal data.
