Adding an image to a popup
Upload a banner straight from the popup editor, or paste an image link.

- 1Open the popup (Engage → Popups), section Content.
- 2Click Upload next to the image field and pick a JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or AVIF file up to 2 MB.
- 3The image is resized to at most 1600 px, converted to WebP, and its link is filled in for you. Save the popup.
- You can also paste an https:// link to an image you host elsewhere.
- Uploaded images are served from your Customer360 domain with long cache headers, so they load fast on every visit.
- Up to 200 uploads per site; remove unused images by clearing the field.
