You choose a data region during onboarding. All your visitor data is stored in that region's database. It is shown under Workspace → Organization → Location & residency.
Need to move? Contact Customer360 support. The move copies and verifies all history in the background. Tracking keeps working throughout, with about one minute of read-only time at the end, and the old copy is deleted after 7 days.
